Knowlarity Acquihires Customer Engagement Platform Smartwards
Gurgaon-based Knowlarity Communications, a cloud telephony company has acquihire Delhi-based Customer Engagement platform, Smartwards for an undisclosed amount. After the acquisition, Co-Founders of the acquired startup, Shantanu Mathur and Dhanraj Singh Bisht will join Knowlarity and head its India operations.
Also, as part of this acquisition, Knowlarity will now integrate Smartwards solution to its product to provide enterprise solutions to SMBs in and outside India.
"We are focused now on large enterprise clients and have pulled back from serving small and medium businesses. We are excited about building artificial intelligence into products and voice as a segment and hybrid cloud telephony on premise," said Ambarish Gupta, founder of Knowlarity.
