According to the reports, the software leader Microsoft has approved of buying out GitHub Inc. for $7.5 Billion. Github is the world's leading company for providing open-source code hosting services. GitHub was last valued at $2 billion back in 2015, however, the terms of the present deal are still not known and have neither been publicized by the company. Microsoft said in a statement, "it will acquire GitHub for USD 7.5 billion in Microsoft stock." China Signs a Deal worth $390 billion with Belt and Road Countries

China has signed a contract regarding trade deals with the member countries of its enterprising 'Belt and Road Initiative'. As reported by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, the deal worth USD 390 billion has been signed in the first four months of this year. India’s GST Revenue Collection Crosses 94,000 Crore

Hasmukh Adhia, the Union Finance Secretary has announced that the revenue collection from the total goods and services tax (GST) for the month of May amounted to Rs 94,016 crores. The news became trending on Friday after the statement given by Adhia. In this context, he quoted, "The total GST collection for May (April revenue collected in May) is Rs 94,016 crore, which is higher compared to average monthly collection of Rs 89,885 crore of 2017-18. This reflects better compliance after introduction of e-way bills."
