Post the new update, Users will be able to leave a group permanently to avoid being added back after they have left, informed Facebook-owned WhatsApp in a blog post.

The Blog post read,

Interestingly, Admins of the group will no longer be removable from the group and users shall be able to locate messages quickly that mentions them in a group conversation.

Group chatting has played a central role in the messaging service which today has a whooping active user base of more than 1 billion users, connecting people with similar interest from across the globe.
