In many countries where increasing child birth-rate might be a big problem and leading to overpopulation, Denmark faces a tremendous problem of decreasing birth-rates and the age of woman for which they wait on to conceive. Whatever might be the reason, be it being more self-dependent and finding time to discover self, or be it waiting too long for the right partner, the ultimate result is that the country’s birth rate has fallen to 1.7 children per woman, down from 1.9 which was back in 2010.
Ultimately, the set back is faced by the grandmothers who fail to enjoy the luxuries of having a grandchild.
