Tech-based company NVIDIA will acquire Mellanox for approx $6.9 billion beating other tech giants like Microsoft and Intel in the acquisition race. As per the report, NVIDIA will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Mellanox for $125 per share in cash. The deal will complete in the end of 2019.
