“Call of Duty” hits 100 million downloads in its first week of launch, beating downloads debut of "Fortnite” and PUBG games.
According to the data, PUBG, Fortnite and Electronic Arts’ “Apex Legends” download 26.3 million, 22.5 million and 25 million times respectively in their first week of release.
This is the largest mobile game launch in history in terms of the total player base in the first week.
The app was launched on October 1 and the numbers reflected worldwide unique downloads across Apple’s App Store and Google Play store.
