Microsoft Acquire Coding Site GitHub Inc For $7.5 Bn

According to the reports, the software leader Microsoft has approved of buying out GitHub Inc. for $7.5 Billion. Github is the world's leading company for providing open-source code hosting services. GitHub was last valued at $2 billion back in 2015, however, the terms of the present deal are still not known and have neither been publicized by the company. Microsoft said in a statement, "it will acquire GitHub for USD 7.5 billion in Microsoft stock." Subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory review, the deal is expected to be finalized by the end of the year. Apple Acquires Canadian App Development Service Buddybuild

Apple still struggles to let developers make apps easily for its platform. In such an effort, the iPhone maker has acquired Vancouver-based app tool startup- Buddybuild- a mobile iteration platform focusing on continuous integration and debugging tools. Buddybuild makes it easier for developers to develop an app by providing them a simple workflow for iterating and pushing their apps to the users through GitHub, GitLab or BitBucket. "We're excited to share that the buddybuild team has joined the Xcode engineering group at Apple to build amazing developer tools for the entire iOS community." Buddybuild said in a bog-post. There’s a hilarious project that’s popular on Github, the website that hosts all kinds of software that programmers want to share with each other. The project was shared by a programmer named Nihad Abbasov (known as “Narkoz” on GitHub). It consists of a bunch of software scripts with some funny names. Narkoz says that the scripts came from one of his coworkers who left for another company, the type of guy that, “if something — anything — requires more than 90 seconds of his time, he writes a script to automate that.” After the guy left for a new job, his former co-workers were looking through his work and discovered that the guy had automated all sorts of crazy things, including parts of his job, his relationships and making coffee.
