Dropbox to Acquire DocSend for $165 Million
SAN FRANCISCO, 03/30/2021-- Dropbox, Inc. (NASDAQ: DBX) to acquire DocSend, a secure document sharing, and analytics company with more than 17,000 customers for $165 Million.
