PUNE, India, Aug. 26, 2020-- SaaS-based digital skills assessment startup Interview Mocha has secured $600,000 in pre-series A funding from a group of investors, including Freshworks CEO Girish Mathrubootham.Interview Mocha has remained bootstrapped since its founding in 2015 and has revenues of more than $2 million ARR. The startup was founded by former IBM executives Amit Mishra and Sujit Karpe. Other high-profile investors in the round include former Snapdeal CPO and Facebook Director Anand Chandrasekharan, and Vaibhav Domkundwar, CEO of Better Capital. Infosys to roll out incentive scheme for staff with digital skills

NEW DELHI: Infosys will roll out an incentive scheme this year for employees equipped with digital skills and will aggressively re-deploy staff on projects offering opportunities to work on new technologies as it looks to stem rising attrition in the face of stricter visa rules, a top executive has said. Infosys COO Pravin Rao, during a recent investor call, said Infosys' localization efforts have helped its business become "much more resilient and less susceptible to the visa regime than in the past". "This is an effort we need to continue till we get to the 50 per cent mark," he added. After launching Digital Unlocked, a training programme to help small and medium businesses (SMBs) go digital, Google India today announced the launch of SMB Heroes, a nation-wide programme designed to recognise SMBs that have embraced digital platform to grow their business.
