India’s First Drone Company ideaforge Technology IPO subscribed 13.27 times on Day 2

28th July 2023, Bengaluru: The Indian drone maker company ideaforge Technology IPO was subscribed 13.27 times on the second day of share sale. The Rs 567.24 crore initial share sale received bids for 6,16,78,386 shares against 46,48,870 shares on offer, according to NSE data. The category for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) received 36.36 times subscription, non-institutional investors quota got subscribed 21.59 times and Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion 1.34 times. The Initial Public Offer (IPO) has a fresh issue of up to Rs 240 crore and an offer for sale of up to 4,869,712 equity shares. The IPO is in a price range of Rs 638-672 a share. Bengaluru, Jul 14th, 2021: India's leading food delivery platform Zomato's initial public offering was oversubscribed on an opening day with retail investors bidding for 2.7 times the number of shares reserved for them. The offer received bids for 75.60 crore equity shares against an IPO size of 71.92 crores, stock exchange data showed. Retail investors sought 2.69 times the portion reserved for them. Against 12.95 crore shares reserved for retail individual investors, 34.88 crore shares were bid. Non-institutional investors put in bids for 13 percent against their reserved portion while 38.88 crore shares reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) were almost fully subscribed. Tel Aviv, Israel, 17th May 2021: Digital Analytics firm Similarweb announced the trading of its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange. An aggregate of 8,000,000 ordinary shares were sold at a price to the public of $22.00 per share in the offering. Payment Firm Payoneer will Go For IPO After $3.3 Billion Merger

NEW YORK, February 4, 2021– Global payment firm Payoneer merge with FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: FTOCU), a special purpose acquisition company at an estimated enterprise value of approximately $3.3 billion. After this deal, Payoneer will be renamed as a Payoneer Global Inc. and will operate as Payoneer, the U.S. publicly listed entity. The company will carry up to $563 million in cash. California, LA, 8th December 2020: Airbnb Inc expects to raise up to $3.09 billion in a stock market launch later this week after boosting its price range, capping a stunning recovery in its fortunes after it was heavily damaged by the COVID-19 pandemic earlier this year. The U.S. home rental firm plans to sell 51.6 million shares at between $56 and $60 apiece, it said in a regulatory filing on Monday.
