Travel, Sex and Family

In many countries where increasing child birth-rate might be a big problem and leading to overpopulation, Denmark faces a tremendous problem of decreasing birth-rates and the age of woman for which they wait on to conceive. Whatever might be the reason, be it being more self-dependent and finding time to discover self, or be it waiting too long for the right partner, the ultimate result is that the country’s birth rate has fallen to 1.7 children per woman, down from 1.9 which was back in 2010.

Ultimately, the set back is faced by the grandmothers who fail to enjoy the luxuries of having a grandchild. With the decreasing number of young hands, there will be less individuals to take care of the elderlies. Not only this, the grandparents, who in their old ages dream of playing and aging with their grandchildren have a broken-heart.

A new ad by Danish travel agency Spies Rejser tells mothers to encourage their kids to make grandchildren by sending them on sunny, active vacations. For outsiders, the ad might seem to be laughed upon and they might imagine the irrelevancy, but this ad focuses on one of the major problems that citizen of Denmark is facing in their homes and are dealing with it every day.

So this Travel agency pops up the solution to this funny yet horrifying situation. It suggests the mother to send their sons/daughters to summer vacation trips where there is a probability they might get indulge in some activity, or meet someone and grant their mothers a wish of a grandchild after 9 months. It’s amazing that how a travel agency shows such a big promising problem of the country and forces people to think about, not only their country but their beloved mother.
