Pixr8 interviews a similar search engine that deals with the queries regarding the Job Search as per the user requirements and desired location.
Q.) What is your company and its Business Category?
A.) The name of our company is Jobsinfinit and it is a proximity based Job Search engine.
Q.) What is the vision and mission of your company?
A.) No skill should be underutilized and no opportunity should be lost. We aim at bringing the best opportunity to your doorstep.
Q.) What is so Unique about you?
The factors that makes us unique from other search engine are:
• Ease of use to seek a job
• Map based job/candidate search
• Robust platform catering to different kind of jobs ranging from a driver to a C-level jobs – Both Government and Private sector.
Q.) What are the current stats and progress you’ve achieved so far?
A.) Jobsinfinit has managed to have 5000 active registered job seekers and about 300 registered companies looking to fill 800 open job positions, all within a span of 3 months.
Q.) How has been the journey, you’ve covered so far?
A.) Jobsinfinit.com was not a day’s work. The idea was not born in a day, it was evolved over the experience and observations done by me (Pushpak, founder of jobsinfinit.com) over the years.
The original idea was then modified and given the exact shape as it is now and we still are trying to improvise at it to reach out to the best. The flaws of our competitors and their achievements became our soul teacher that guided us to make things easier and appealing to our users. The path in its self was the ultimate tutor and walking down this road alone taught us of our laggings. It never was easy for us to overcome the common barriers of finance, assembling the team, reaching out to people and several other that a normal startup faces, but the perfect blend of true spirt and team work led to the fastest and the easiest to use platform for job seekers which did not necessitate filling long intimidating forms online to find a job.
Q.) A little intro about the team?
A.) The team consists of two major pillars, Founder – Pushpak & Co-founder – Venkat Rao
Pushpak has been in the architecture space for about 15 years now, and has been running an architectural and Design Company, by the name Archimaze.
Venkat Rao is currently working as regional finance manager at Panasonic Avionics Corporation.
Q.) What is the motivational factor that fuels this carvan?
A.) The learning that we get each day has been a great motivation that has kept us going on in this journey. The different types of people we get to interact help us widen our perspectives and improvise in reaching out to our objectives.
Q.) Yours being a successful start, what message would you like to give?
A.) Believe in your belief and work hard towards it. The failures teach you a lot for the longer run, so take it in your stride. The journey of entrepreneurship is a tough one, but definitely worth the hard work.
