Bro4u.com, founded in February 2015, started with household and professional services and has been working aggressively to add more service categories to bring convenience at the doorstep.

“We create larger visibility to service providers in our website by having detailed store like a profile to each service provider’s (Not many websites do) and thus helping them to reach wider audience”, says Pramod.
Bro4u is trending second in rank in terms of internet traffic engagement when compared to other home marketplace start-ups as per Alexa rankings claims Bro4u.
On being asked why the name Bro4u, as neither does it sound clichéd nor fancy, Pramod asserts,” A personal touch with an emotional bonding is all we wanted and we got it to ‘Bro4u’. We hear it every often ‘ Bhayya chutta nahi hey’ ‘Bhayya chai milega? ’ and in corporate world, be it, women or men, they say bro, when they want any help, are few examples. It’s all over us and we used this as our brand name.”

Bro4u’s success has been a result of the 17 people working tirelessly and passionately towards one goal which is bringing convenience at their customer’s doorstep.
“I thought making people believe in my idea and holding all 17 members together will be a challenge, but it never was. I pitched the business idea to our team members in the park, over the phone, on the road and many other places and the good thing was the next day that member was joining our team. This shows how one’s idea can be induced to another and everyone starts shooting in the dark and hopes to shoot a gold mine someday, provided we all shoot the same grit”, confesses Pramod.
Pramod is an MBA graduate from Acharya College Bengaluru, who worked for 3 years in State Street which is a leading asset management firm.
Rajath is a civil engineer, who worked for a year in designing field before he started his own construction firm.

Challenges faced by Bro4u
Customer’s needs today are as diverse as the populous of any city which even large organizations fail to meet sometime. This was one challenge which Bro4u came across while looking for the needs to be addressed by the online marketplace admits Pramod.
“Pricing the service is almost the toughest challenge we faced, there are people who drive BMW and there are people who drive Maruti 800. There is a market for both. Therefore pricing in such a way that you address both of them was one such challenge”, says Pramod.
Future plans of Bro4u
“We are addressing over $ 50 Billion market and are trying to solve local service and other professional service challenges. We are exploring potential opportunities in digital & creative services, education, health & fitness, legal and contractual services. We are getting a lot of requests from both service providers & customers to spread our wings in concealed sectors, and we are open to exploring it. Our vision is to become a single largest service marketplace in next 4- 10 years globally”, addresses Pramod.
Competitors in the market
“We are way ahead than all these players in terms of daily visitors (Alexa Traffic Rank) and we had more than 4500 App downloads in a matter of 15 days since our launch,” exclaims Pramod.
In the bigger picture, JustDial is an indirect competitor which is gigantic in this market which Pramod believes to be not denied.
