This suggestion doesn’t always automatically mean “sleep more” either, although more sleep is rarely a bad thing. It heals your body and your mind. Sometimes, however, better quality can be more important than better quantity. Set yourself up for success by doing a few things. First and foremost, put down the phone. Whether you go for a guided meditation, body scan, or the sound of the ocean or rain, these can make all the difference.
