Flipkart along with some other investors invested $350,000 (Rs. 2.3 crores) in a real estate startup:
The well flourished and well known E-commerce website Flipkart’s co-founders Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal along with some other investors have invested approximately Rs. 2.3 crores in a real state startup named as “Plabro Networks”.
This Gurgaon-based startup is India’s premier Networking and Communication Platform for Real Estate agents and property dealers and brokers looking for buying, selling, renting or setting on a lease their flats, villa, rooms or other spaces.
This provides the platform for the exchange of information relating to Sale, rent, purchase and discuss other commercial properties within the trusted closed network.
“Plabro Networks has the promise of changing the real estate landscape with its innovative ideas. I am sure that real estate agents, who are an inherent stakeholders in the real estate sector, will benefit tremendously from the application,” Binny Bansal and Sachin Bansal were quoted as saying in a statement.
They have recently launched their application over the Google’s Play Store which is very user friendly and runs by the name “Plabro for Real Estate Agents” and is downloaded by over thousand users and has earned 4.7 stars which is quite nice. Currently the app can only be used by the users of Noida and Gurgaon.
“By sharing the inventories and requirements with other real estate brokers, one increases the reach manifolds. This helps in closing the deals faster, expanding the business horizon beyond geographical limitations,” said Aaditya Jain, the co-founder of Plabro.
