Bengaluru based logistics company Pando has raised $2 Million seed funding led by Nexus Venture Partners. Kashyap Deorah at Hypertrack, Girish Mathrubootham at Freshdesk, Nishant Rao at Sirion Labs (Ex-LinkedIn India MD), and P Balaji at Vodafone (Ex-Nokia, Sony Erickson India MD) also participated in this round.
Digital enabled logistics platform Pando solves a key problem of convergence, on the demand (shipper or enterprise) side of the ecosystem, which is a large, global white-space. The platform was built on a simple observation logistics is inherently networked.
In India, the logistics market estimated is up to $200 billion every year. Globally, this number is close to $10 Trillion.
The Pando Enterprise Suite is one of the region’s first enterprise-grade logistics management system, that is built to help enterprises of all sizes digitize, monitor and optimize their supply chain operations.
