Noticeboard Bags An Undisclosed Amount From Myntra CTO and TaxiForSure Founder

B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) company Noticeboard has raised undisclosed amount of angel funding from former Myntra CTO Shamik Sharma and TFS founder Aprameya Radhakrishna.

Noticeboard last raised Rs 8 crore from Stellaris Venture Partners, BlackBuck founder Rajesh Yabaji and YuMe cofounder Jayant Kadambi in July, ET had reported.

Both of them will be joining the company as advisors or mentors. The funds will be utilised to strengthen its product and design team in terms of senior hires and also in scaling the business globally under their mentorship.

“We have on boarded three big clients while several other small to medium sized companies have also joined us. We are conducting other pilots as well,” said Vishal Gahlaut, co-founder of Noticeboard.

The firm focuses on frontline staff enabling them with organisational communication through digital platforms. Delivery boys in logistics, retail store-front employees, warehouse staff and drivers, etc, who typically have no computer or email access, often receive company information manually in a slow process -a problem Noticeboard aims to resolve.

“Noticeboard is on a unique journey to disrupt the way organizations manage their desk-less staff. Bringing the mobile workforce into the knowledge economy is possibly the biggest opportunity in the world of communication since email, and the team at Noticeboard is well on their path of establishing early dominance in this multi-billion dollar space,” said Sharma.

Gahlaut also said that the enterprise startup has received serious interest from various stakeholders in the US to expand its operations there and the founding team is exploring the proposal currently.
