The most popular digital payments firm Paytm’s parent company One97 Communications has announced that they are launching a new AI Cloud computing platform known as “Paytm AI Cloud for India” for developers, startups and enterprises.
The basic purpose behind the launch of this platform is to offer business-centric apps for organizations that require high-quality solutions for cloud computing, automate their workflow, easy payments, messaging and customer engagement without the hassle of managing hardware and software.
The company has stated that Paytm AI Cloud processes and collects all their consumer data locally in servers situated only in India and at the same time following the highest security and privacy standards. It has been reported that the company has invested around Rs 250 crore for this purpose.
“Every new-age organisation needs better collaboration and workflow automation tools to become more productive and efficient. Paytm AI Cloud packages all these into one; saving organisations time, money and resources, so they are able to better focus on building products that change the world.” said Sujit Kumar Mishra, vice president, Paytm.
“At Paytm, we have always ensured the highest standards of customer data privacy and security. Our customers’ data is processed and stored locally in India with no access to any third party or investors,” he added.
The AI-powered cloud has been made in India and offers a suite of apps to automate workflows, integrate payments and many other purposes. Firms will now be able to easily design their customer’s lifecycle, interaction touch-points, offer differentiated services and rewards that matter to their business.
Paytm has entered into a partnership with Alibaba for Cloud Computing Infrastructure. Also, the company is soon going to provide an enterprise-messaging solution in association with DingTalk.
Paytm has been recently very active in the fintech space and is putting in various efforts to remain at the top and give a tough competition to all the other companies.
