The Initial Challenges
The company was registered March 2015, with just Kaushal and Shankar. They carried out a small market research to ascertain whether such a product would be beneficial and whether customers would be willing to pay for it. Then they created a prototype by Jul 2015. Development of the product was completed with a beta release in January 2016. The software was initially released to a few selected customers free of cost for them to try it out and give a live feedback.
