Framebench, a fast visual collaboration platform which, over the past 3 years, enabled more than a 1000 companies to annotate and communicate on visual files in real-time got acquired by Freshdesk. The amount of the deal has not been disclosed.
After weeks of keeping it secret, we’re excited to announce that we’ve been acquired by Freshdesk, Inc and the team will move on to building superior customer engagement experiences in our new roles. – said Framebench Team. We’d like to thank everyone who tried and used Framebench. It’s because of you that we’ve kept building awesome stuff along the way. While we’re not accepting any more sign ups, Framebench will continue to work as is for all current customers.

What changes will there be to the Framebench product now that you’ve been acquired?
We will no longer be accepting any further purchases or renewals of the Framebench product. We will also be removing the ability to trial the product. If you have any questions, please contact us at hi@framebench.com.

Everything stays the same for you. If there are any changes in the future, we’ll keep you informed. If you’re looking to transition to another product, we’ll be happy to help you migrate.
