Yuvraj Singh Backed Healthians Raises New Funding

Expedient Healthcare Marketing Pvt. Ltd, which runs an online diagnostics and wellness startup called Healthians.com, indicated on regulatory filings that the company has allotted 50,540 debentures of INR 1000 each on February 06, 2018. The investors consist of Walter T Beach, Director-The Bancorp Inc, Jean Pierrie Mastroiaani, Vietnam-based Angel Investor, existing investor Mamoru Taniya and Founding Partner Asuka Asset Management. The company previously raised INR 51 Cr from a set of investors which included Asuka Holdings, Beenext, Beenos, Digital Garage, M&S Partners, and YouWeCan Ventures. Triliyo received $250,000 in an investment round led by Startup Buddy. Startup buddy is backed by Yuvraj Singh. Yuvraj Singh Invested An Undisclosed Amount In A Co-Working Startup

Cricketer Yuvraj Singh has recently invested an undisclosed amount in a Delhi based co-working startup Gurukul. He will also be the brand ambassador for the same and will help creating awareness and will be the face of the company for next 4 years. "Yuvraj Singh has been involved from beginning. The paper work formalities, however, have just finished. He is a partner in the company and holds equity," said Creator's Gurukul co-founder Abhinav Tandon. Seventh funding from Youwecan ventures in Carl’s Jr a US based fast food chain

Cybiz BrightStar Restaurants, the master franchisee of US-based fast food chain Carl's Jr in India has attracted funding, reportedly worth Rs. 4 Cr ($0.63 Mn) from Yuvraj Singh’s VC Fund YouWeCan Ventures. Yuvraj will also come on board as a brand ambassador for Carl's Jr in India. The funds will be used for opening about 5 restaurants by December and between 7 to 10 restaurants by the end of the fiscal year.
