Myntra Revenue Shoots up to 87% in 2016-17

Flipkart owned India's leading fashion e-commerce company Myntra turnover zoom of ₹2,000 crore in fiscal 2016-17, an 87% jump from the previous year, according to a filing with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The company had posted a ₹816 crore loss in FY16. Former Myntra executives Prasad Kompalli and Ashutosh Lawania's health tech startup Mfine, has raised $1.5 million in its first round of funding led by Stellaris Venture Partners. The funding round also saw participation from Mayur Abhaya and Rohit MA, healthcare entrepreneurs from Stellaris’ Founder Network. Fashion e-tailer Myntra today said it has acquired Bengaluru-based InLogg for an undisclosed amount, a move that will further strengthen the supply chain capabilities of the Flipkart-owned company.
