HomeLane Raises USD 30mn in Series D Funding

New Delhi, Dec 23, 2019: Interior designing platform HomeLane has raised USD 30 million (about Rs 213 crore) in Series D funding led by new investors Evolvence India Fund, Pidilite Group and FJ Labs. The funding round also saw participation from Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners and JSW Ventures. With the current round, the total funding raised by HomeLane stands at USD 46 million. The current round is estimated to value the company at USD 150-250 million. Home Decor Startup MyGubbi Raises $2.7 Mn Pre-Series A Funding

Customized home interiors decor startup MyGubbi has raised $2.7 million pre-series A funding led by the family office of Firoze Irani; Vipul Parekh(co-founder BigBasket), Ananda Kallugadde(co-founder of NeoBytes) and Rajesh K Murthy(President Infosys), among others. Founded by Umesh Sangurmath and Ravi Rao in 2015, MyGubbi (Kannad for 'My Sparrow'), the startup aims on the interior design and furnishing solutions; allowing its customers to design their dream homes. Shahrukh Khan Branded DDecor Launched App and Website, Invested Rs 25 Cr

Home decor and furnishing company DDecor has invested Rs 25 crore in digital integration of its business and retail operations, and expects to increase its market share by 10 per cent in the next five years, a senior company executive said. "We have unveiled a digital product for sellers that will cover 1,000 sales points through the newly launched D-Assist platform. We will extend the digital platform for our designers and architects, and customers by August this year," Ajay Arora, Managing Director of DDecor Home Fabrics said. "We expect to increase our marketshare to 40 per cent from the present 30 per cent in the next five years through this initiative, which will also help us expand our markets," he added.
