VuLiv in Talks for First $4 Million Funding Round

VuLiv, a file sharing and data management startup, which developed an app available on PlayStore and iOS allowing its users to view and share downloaded video and music content internet-free, is in talks to receive $3-4 million in pre-Series A funding from various strategic investors. It will be the company’s first institutional funding since its inception in 2015 by former Micromax vice president Manoj Gupta. “We are in talks with multiple strategic investors and within 2-3 months we should close this round,” said Gupta. He also added, “These include Indian and international companies.
